Day 1

Upon arrival to either Marseille Provence Airport or Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, be welcomed by your private chauffeur and travel to the stunning hilltop town of Èze. Admire sweeping views over the azure waters of the French Mediterranean as you arrive for check-in to your sumptuous five-star hotel perched atop the village. Tonight indulge in an elegant welcome dinner at your hotel’s acclaimed two-Michelin starred restaurant.

Day 2

Begin your exploration of the Côte d'Azur with a visit to the medieval village of Haut- de-Cagnes to marvel at splendid views of the French Riviera while learning about its history as the final home of famed artist Renoir. Your local expert will take you on an insightful look at the artist’s former home turned museum to admire Renoir’s studio and a collection of his works, against a backdrop of the estate’s fragrant olive trees. Set off for the charming village of Saint-Paul de Vence to experience its legacy as a center for artistic expression on the Riviera. Day 3

Today you will delight in the exuberant energy of Nice, with its jewel toned buildings and seaside promenade steeped in history. Begin with a visit to the bustling Cours Saleya flower market for a colorful glimpse into typical Nicois life with your resident expert. Next, discover Vieux Nice (Nice’s Old Town) with its scenic squares and glorious Baroque architecture, before walking along the city’s waterfront Promenade des Anglais, with views onto the Baie des Anges. Day 4

Day 5

Explore Provence Verte (Green Provence) with a visit to the lovely town of Tourtour, designated as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Take in stunning views of Mont-Sainte-Victoir, one of artist Paul Cézanne's favorite subject matters, before enjoying a tasting of some of France’s best rosé at an esteemed winery in the heart of the Côtes de Provence wine appellation. Along the way stop for a satisfying lunch of farm to table fare inspired by the South of France. Spend the afternoon discovering the medieval villages of the Var region, located in southern Provence, with the help of your private guide.

Day 6

After breakfast journey by chauffeur to the charming seaside village of Cassis where you’ll arrive at a boutique vineyard for an exclusive tasting of the area’s floral Cassis AOC white wines. Next, you will travel to the colorful coastal metropolis that is Marseille. Be welcomed by your local expert and discover Marseille’s historic Old Town before savoring an authentic Bouillabaisse, the city’s signature seafood stew, at a quaint eatery. Day 7

Day 8

Set off for majestic Avignon, a city steeped in history and the medieval home of the Avignon Papacy. Stop to admire the city’s emblematic 12th century Saint Bénézet Bridge, or Pont d’Avignon, jutting into the Rhone River. Arrive in the heart of Avignon for check-in to your luxurious five-star hotel nestled in the shadow of the Palais des Papes (Palace of the Popes). Day 10

From Avignon you will next journey to the ancient Roman city of Arles. Day 11

Today you will travel to the UNESCO designated Cité de Carcassonne, the fortified hilltop city of Carcassonne. Day 12

Enjoy a day along Languedoc-Roussillon’s quaint coast, beginning with a very special visit to an oyster farm.
