Sample Itinerary

Day 1

Begin your trip by arriving at Milan Malpensa Airport where you will be greeted by your private chauffeur. Be transported to the bustling, cosmopolitan heart of Milan for check-in to your deluxe, four-star hotel housed within the elegant cloister of a noble palazzo. Enjoy free time to get acquainted with the city or rest after your journey. In the evening, enjoy an exclusive visit to one of the city’s most respected birrifici (breweries) and gastropubs, where you’ll sample their noted microbrews before sitting down for a meal of beer inspired dishes paired with the producer’s exceptional beers.

Day 2

Be greeted at the hotel by your private chauffeur and local guide before setting-off for a day learning about Lombardia’s artisanal beer and cheese making traditions. Begin with a tasting at one of the region’s most celebrated producers of the Monza province, before enjoying lunch in the town of Monza. After lunch, travel by chauffeur to the famed Val Taleggio to visit a local Taleggio cheese producer. During your visit you will learn about the region’s artisanal cheese making traditions and how Taleggio is made, before enjoying a sampling of the famed cheese.

Day 3

Today you’ll depart Milan and travel by private chauffeur for Lombardia’s Pavese countryside, where you’ll taste your way through some of the area’s most delicious gastronomic highlights. Begin the day with a tasting of Tripel beers at Stradaregina, one of Lombardia’s most exciting breweries. After your exclusive tasting, travel to a charming family-owned farm and agritourism that produces their own regional cheeses and Bresaola cured meat. Savor a tasting of their artisanal cheeses and meats before indulging on a lunch of rustic Lombardian dishes. After lunch, depart by chauffeur for the Baroque architecture and vibrant energy of Piemonte’s capital at the foot of the Alps, Turin. Arrive for check-in at your elegant, four-star hotel located in the historic heart of the city, before enjoying a free night to begin discovering Turin at your own pace.

Day 4

Today you’ll venture into Piemonte’s lush countryside to learn more about the region’s exciting advances in craft beermaking. Arrive by chauffeur at Piemonte’s preeminent birrificio, Baladin, where you’ll delight in an exclusive tour of the brewery followed by a tasting of their signature spiced beers. End your visit with a lunch at Baladin’s gastropub, known for their innovative take on traditional dishes that pair splendidly with beer. In the afternoon, travel by chauffeur to Alba where you’ll enjoy free time to explore the town at your own pace and visit its many gourmet food shops, cafes and enoteca wine bars. In the evening, return to Turin by chauffeur.

Day 5

Depart for an insider’s tour of Turin with your local expert. Discover the history and culture of the city as your private guide takes you on an interesting walking tour of some of Turin’s most intriguing historical sights, loveliest piazze and along the city’s celebrated wide boulevards lined with covered porticoes. During your guided day, stop for a lunch of typical Torinese specialties at a quaint osteria. In the afternoon, enjoy a visit to a city brewery beloved by the locals for their exciting microbrews, before savoring a dinner paired with the producer’s own red lager.

Day 6

Depart Turin for Milan Malpensa airport for your return flight home or to continue on to the next leg of your trip.
