Fritto Misto Festival: April 25 – May 1, 2012
Join thousands of foodies in the charming Le Marche town of Ascoli Piceno as locals come together for a fried finger food fest. Fried regional delicacies from around Italy, from Sicily to Alto Adige, along with internationally renowned plates such as Japanese Tempura and Peruvian empanadas, will be served alongside local wines provided by the Regional Enoteca of Le Marche. The fried food pass known as the Palafritto gives visitors a tasting of three fried foods, local wine and liquor samplings, and water. “That’s All Folks” – I Cartoni di Warner Bros: On Display Until May 27, 2012
This fascinating Warner Bros. cartoon exhibit will be shown for the first time in Europe at Turin’s epic Mole Antonelliana Cinema Museum. The exhibit will feature original 50’s and 60’s cartoon artwork from Warner Bros., including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Wile E. Coyote, Roadrunner and Speedy Gonzalez to name a few.
